‘Distance selling‘

To protect consumers, there is the law ‘Distance selling‘, to which we naturally adhere: After receiving the items, you have the right to return them, without giving a reason, within 14 days, provided they are received back unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The amount paid by you will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days. Tip: always keep proof when returning a product. How can I pay safely?

You choose the payment method yourself during the order procedure of our online shop.
This can be done in three ways:

1. You pay via iDEAL (internet banking). Only possible within the Netherlands

With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases safely, securely and directly. You pay in your familiar Internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register. Payments via iDEAL are free of charge. iDEAL supports payments via: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. 2. You pay in advance via your bank

By transferring the total amount to our bank account IBAN: NL72RABO 0307 5488 99. in the name of Aleactes BV in Schiedam, stating the order number and customer number. We will proceed with shipment once we have received the total amount.

If you live abroad (except Belgium) and still want to enjoy yerba mate, please contact contact us. You can just order your favourite yerba but shipping costs depend on the country to which your order needs to be sent.

3. You pay to the postman (cash on delivery).

This is only possible for customers within the Netherlands.

Wwhat happens after I order?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided within minutes. Did you not receive a confirmation e-mail, then click here. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified and will receive a text document of your invoice attached to your e-mail, which you can keep digitally or print out for your records.

After that, your order will be delivered to your home as soon as possible.
