What is the delivery time of my order?
Our products are normally shipped within 1-2 working days unless otherwise indicated. It may happen that a product cannot be delivered, or cannot be delivered on time. We will always contact you about this. Our packages take on average 1 to 2 working days to arrive after we have dispatched them, unless during weekends or public holidays. For Belgium the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
Not received your order after 5 working days?
We do our utmost to get your order to you within a few days. If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us at contact us. Please state customer and order number.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders in Netherlands and to Belgium are shipped with PostNL (with Track & Trace so you can see when your order will be delivered).
