Pampa - Orgánica is a high-quality, organic yerba mate of the Monte Carlo agricultural cooperative, which has been around since 1930 yerba mate produces in Argentina. This variety is completely without agrochemicals grown and respecting the plant's natural growth.

After harvesting, the leaves undergo a brief contact with fire and are then 6 to 8 hours with hot air drying. As a result, Pampa Orgánica is non-smoking (sin humo) and gets a mild, balanced flavour profile without excessive bitterness. The mixture contains finely ground leaves, small twigs and polvo (dust) for a traditional texture.

Then the yerba ripens up to 18 months in storage to fully develop the flavour and create a harmonious, smooth infusion guarantee.
